Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to text messages sent to and received from Earth Shaper Services. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any associated fees. Earth Shaper Services is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to text messaging.
Message Frequency
The number of text messages you receive from Earth Shaper Services will vary based on your service activity. During an active project, you may receive several messages per week related to scheduling, updates, and billing. Outside of active projects, you may receive occasional messages for follow-ups, seasonal promotions, or service reminders. On average, expect to receive between 2 and 10 messages per month, though this may increase during busy project periods.

Reply STOP to any text message from Earth Shaper Services
After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from our program. Please note that opting out of text messages will not affect other forms of communication, such as phone calls or emails regarding your active services.
If you wish to re-enroll in our text messaging program after opting out, you may do so by contacting us directly or opting in again through our website.
Use of Our Services
By engaging Earth Shaper Services for any project, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- You are authorized to approve work on the property where services will be performed
- You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area for our crew and equipment
- Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your quote or invoice
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Earth Shaper Services are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed, additional work is requested, or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. We will communicate any changes in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
Limitation of Liability
Earth Shaper Services, LLC strives to provide high-quality workmanship on every project. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions on your property, underground utilities or structures not disclosed or identified prior to work, natural events such as weather, flooding, or soil conditions beyond our control, or delays caused by third parties, permitting authorities, or supply shortages. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
